She knows her neighborhoods
We just sold our condo and we couldn’t have done it without Jackie. In fact, we never would have bought our condo without Jackie. She wasn’t our real estate agent when we purchased… and we LOVED our previous agent. But Jackie really set herself apart from the rest of the agents out there. She is sharp as a tack when it comes to her markets, banks & all the important facts & figures involved in making a sale. She even provided information on a possible loans to interested buyers (we used her suggestions originally, as they proved best!).
But it takes more than an agent that knows the books. She knows her neighborhoods… she knows how to set up a beautiful showing… and point out all the most important (and often overlooked) highlights of the property/community. She LOVES what she does and it gives her an edge that other “good” agents simply don’t have. Heart. She’s ridiculously interested in all angles of the process & she’s friendly as they come. She is flexible with her time in a pinch (don’t abuse her though, she’s got a life too). And she was happy to hold as many open houses as needed to get the sale made as fast as possible. She even helped us manage our listing & minor repairs after we relocated to another state! We were sad to say goodbye to our previous agent, but we don’t regret the decision for a second. Jackie is truly amazing & we feel like we gained a true friend in the process.
Jackie is so knowledgeable and honest
Absolutely, positively, the best thing that happened to me since moving to Denver was walking into an open house Jackie was conducting. I was checking out neighborhoods with some cousins in the area, and Jackie was so friendly I decided to take one of her cards and fill out a form to get listings e-mailed to me. Ever since that moment, Jackie has worked harder and better than I ever would have imagined a realtor would.
I moved here from upstate NY, 1500 miles away, and have not been the easiest customer. I had a potential co-buyer come and go, along with parents that can be very involved, but Jackie was never thrown and always kept the focus on me and my wants and needs in a home.
I had a good idea on where I wanted to be as far as neighborhood, but with so many homes on the market and prices in a city being nothing like upstate NY, it would have been easy for me to be overwhelmed and just give up and rent. Jackie is so knowledgeable and honest, as she has demonstrated over and over throughout my buying process, that I am absolutely positive I have made a good investment in both my present and my future.
She’s up on technology, which is great– e-contracts, email updates on MLS listings, and virtual tours just to name a few. And talk about accessible, I have always been able to get immediate feedback from her via email, phone, or in person.
She knows Denver (every service, restaurant, et cetera she recommended was a home run), and she knows how to get a deal done. Once I got under contract, with the help of her sensational associate Nicole WIlliams at Hanson Planning, I was able to close in 3 weeks!
When you work with Jackie, you’ve got a real expert and a true professional on your side. I know exactly who to I’m going to call when I’m ready to sell and settle down in the burbs.
I will absolutely be using her again
There are not enough wonderful things I could say about Jackie! She is truly a “trusted adviser” when it comes to real estate.
To keep this short, here are some things that stood out to me:
-Very prepared for every meeting complete with area data and trends
-Was able to point out valuable details during the walk through that I didn’t notice
-Provided a couple of property suggestions that were on point with what I was looking for (one of which I ended up buying)
-VERY organized with keeping the process on track and getting everything signed.
-Made the process fun
Basically, I felt like Jackie held my hand through purchasing my first house, and I will absolutely be using her again when I’m ready for the next one.

This is kinda long winded but well worth the read if you are looking for a stellar agent. I’m only giving Jackie a 5/5 because Yelp wont let me give her a 10/5! We sold and purchased with Jackie and cant wait to recommend her to others and work with her again.
We have worked with other realtors in the past and I have a few friends who are agents but Jackie blows them all out of the water! At our initial meeting Jackie showed up with a binder full of research about our neighborhood, our market trends, all possible costs, how much she thought we would profit, potential buyer profiles, and even zoning information. We immediately knew we were working with a true pro.
Jackie let us know what was worth fixing and what the ROI would be as well as how to stage the house for maximum impact. She has a boatload of reliable, affordable vendors to get your house into perfect selling condition and she staged our home beautifully. She carefully whipped up the marketing machine, put our house on all effective media channels, and managed to sell our home above asking price in only 1 day on the market! Bam! oh yeah… and that binder she brought on day 1 …turns out she nailed the final price to the penny.
Now it was time to buy. My wife and I were somewhat unsure what we wanted so Jackie was patient and thorough. We saw quite a few houses and we never once felt any pressure to buy a house that wasn’t perfect for us. She didn’t even bat an eyelash when we had to back out of an offer after an inspection revealed some hidden concerns. She can quickly give you an estimate on moving that wall or adding a garage to help you weigh up the deal. Ultimately she landed us our dream home!
You think your agent knows the ins and outs of contracts and offers? Well Jackie is better. She’s like a ninja mixed with a bloodhound mixed with a Jedi. She sneaks up on the contract, sniffs out any problems, and then makes it dance to her whims. Jackie repeatedly catches mistakes of other more junior agents and gracefully picks up after them to keep the deal rolling. She has tons of strategies to win bid wars and objections, she’s a MAESTRO with comps and valuations, and she is constantly working at all hours of the night and day. (She even put an offer in on her birthday… which we got, and under asking price!!!)
On top of it all, Jackie is fun to work with! We truly felt like we had a friend and a teammate and not just someone to find us a house. She has a great attitude and is always pleasant to roll with!
So, you could go with your buddy who does the agent thing on the side or your Aunt Marge that wont charge you much to help out her favorite nephew and HOPE everything works out…. or you can guarantee success by working the Michael Jordan of the Denver Real Estate game. JACKIE ROCKS!!!
I was impressed with her integrity
If everyone cared as much about their work as Jackie, the world would be an incredible place. She is far more than a Real Estate Agent, she is more like a super hero. She is the very best of the best.
Jackie helped me sell my house when I was in a difficult situation. I had moved out of state in a hurry for a family emergency and temporarily rented my house through a property management company. A couple years went by and the property manager assured me all was in good shape (it wasn’t).
When it came time to sell, Jackie walked in to a mess. The tenant had started a massive pot growing operation in my cute little cottage and majorly damaged the house. The property manager had not been there in over a year and had neglected lots of other maintenance items. The property manager was completely incompetent (but that’s another Yelp review for another day).
Jackie intervened like the professional she is and went way over and above what is expected to proactively communicate with me and make sure the repairs were done correctly. She dealt with the property manager so I didn’t have to. Without Jackie, this would have been an incredibly stressful situation for me.
The vendors she works with have the highest respect for her. Jackie helped me get bids from several vendors. Everyone I hired to do the necessary repairs and touch-ups from the exterior painter to the landscaper to the roofer to the plumber commented on knowing the “high expectations” Jackie had for the quality of the work and it was clear they enjoyed working with her. One of the contractors had a waiting list but said he’d move Jackie’s client to the top because he wanted to keep her business.
This was all happening when I was 2 states away!
My house was an 800 square foot, 2 Bedroom/1 Bath cottage in a working class neighborhood and she treated it like it was her most important listing. I know that most of her business is much larger, higher-end, more expensive homes but she treated me like royalty.
My spouse said, “I think God must have called Jackie to this work!” But seriously, she was like an answer to my prayers.
During the actual selling process, she was a true pro. I was impressed with her integrity throughout the whole process. No matter what came at us, she always took the high road and I was proud to have her representing me. And of course, the whole reason for all this work – she sold my house quickly and got a great price for it (above listing price). I was surprised how easy the closing as a property owner living in another state.
My only regret is that since I don’t live in Colorado anymore, I won’t get to hire Jackie again. I wish I could clone her!
Jackie was amazing to work with
Jackie was amazing to work with, we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience of selling and buying a home. The sale was the easy part, we listed our house in late January 2015 and I think we had 15 offers all well over asking price. Then, the hard part was finding a home as there wasn’t much on the market in our price range that met our criteria. We were very specific about what we wanted and Jackie stuck with us and showed us more than 50 homes. I could go on and on about her enthusiasm, energy, knowledge and experience but I’d be repeating what most other reviewers have said. If anyone asks me about a Realtor, she’s the only name I’ll recommend. We love our home and plan to stay here forever so unfortunately I don’t think we’ll get to work with her again.
She was prompt in her emails
Jackie was the listing agent on a central Denver condo I purchased in April of 2014. She was prompt in her emails, is obviously savvy with technology, and from my standpoint (as the purchaser) represented her clients well.
I purchased the unit for nearly 10% over the listing price, as there were multiple competing offers the first day it was on the market. This indicates either an under priced property or intelligent marketing to get a lot of interest, a bidding war, and a quick sale above asking price.
I can’t say she was especially friendly or warm at closing – the only time I met her in person – just businesslike. Which is all that is required I suppose, especially toward the buyer.
She’s experienced, smart, and responsive.
We’ve now had the pleasure of working with Jackie first as buyers and now as sellers and she is the best! She’s experienced, smart, and responsive. Jackie always goes extra mile for her clients to make sure that your offer wins or that your house sells for top dollar. And then most importantly, she’s just a great person to work with and fun to be around. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
